STUDIO POLICY

  • All reservations must be paid in full. There are no refunds once the booking is confirmed.

  • To reschedule or cancel an existing booking, you will receive full studio credit by cancelling earlier than 48hrs from your booking time. You will be held liable for the full value when cancelling within 24hrs.

  • Arrival: You are sent studio door codes 1 hour before booking time.

  • Capacity up to 10 people.

  • This booking calendar is for Photo & Video Sessions only — To inquire about booking your event with us kindly email lakeside studio.ca@gmail.com

  • Boudoir photography or fully nude photography and anything in sexual nature is not allowed in the studio. The studio is located in a commercial space on a main street with lots of foot traffic that can easily see inside the studio.

  • The studio must be returned to its original state before your end time and indoor shoes/socks only are required in the studio.

  • Please read over all studio policies prior to booking.

  • Will you be bringing in any food ?

    If so, you must add the appropriate "Cleaning Fee" add-on to your booking to ensure studio is properly cleaned for the next guest.

    **please note you must vacate the studio at the end of your booking time, as the cleaner will arrive at start of Cleaning Fee time.

Booking Rates

Please note the Christmas Set-up has been removed

  • Minimum 1 hour booking

  • Hourly Rate: $95.00 + HST 13% = $107.35

  • Cleaning :
    If studio spaces are not cleaned after in orderly fashion a $100 cleaning fee will be invoiced.
    1. Garbage placed in the garbage
    2. Furniture put back into original position.
    3. Any tape left on the floor must be carefully removed.

  • Overtime:
    Unannounced overtime is charged at $50 per 30 minutes. This is enforced by the security camera.

  • Backdrop Rules:
    Add-On your backdrop rolls to checkout if your using them as full body shots (stepping on them). If they will not be rolled onto the floor or stepped on...we don't charge. We also ask you be careful with them!

  • Security:
    (Please note there is a 24hr security camera).
    It is for liability, damage, injury, witnessing arrival /departure times and equipment usage logging.

  • Parking:
    Paid Street parking is available all along Pearl, Pine, Martha, John and Elizabeth Street via the Honk App.

  • There are many paid parking lots in the area. But this area does get busy, give yourself plenty of time to find a parking spot

  • The closet parking lots are directly behind the studio and off of Elizabeth Street
